  1. For Tikkis-
  2. 4-5 Medium Potatoes (boiled)
  3. 2 tsp Green Chillies Ginger crushed
  4. 1 tsp fasting (farari) salt
  5. 1 tsp Dry mango powder (homemade)
  6. 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  7. handful Coriander leaves
  8. For Rotis / wraps outer layer-
  9. 1 cup Fasting (Farari) Mix Flour
  10. 1/2 tsp Fasting (Farari) salt
  11. 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  12. 2 tsp oil/ ghee
  13. as required Water
  14. For Spread-
  15. 2 tsp Mayo (homemade)
  16. 2 tsp ketchup
  17. 2 tsp Green Coriander Chutney (homemade)
  18. For Salad-
  19. 1/4 cup grated cabbage
  20. 1/4 cup sliced Capsicum
  21. 1/4 cup grated carrots
  22. 1/4 cup grated beetroot
  23. For Wraps-
  24. 2 tsp kand masala
  25. 4-5 tsp ghee

Steps to make to make Farari Wraps

  1. For Tikkis: take a mixing bowl add boil smashed potatoes, Crushed Chilli ginger, fasting salt, dry mango powder, chopped coriander leaves.
  2. Mix it all well. Make long flat tikkis. Make all tikkis ready.
  3. Roll it in fasting mix flour. Put tava on medium flame. Placed all the tikkis on hot pan roast it from both the sides.
  4. Tikkis are ready. Keep aside
  5. For Rotis/Wraps outer layer: take a kneading bowl add Fasting mix flour, salt, oil and water. Knead it in a soft dough.
  6. Put oil and knead it.Cover it for 1/2 and hour. After half and hour knead it again. Make equal parts and make balls.
  7. Take a rolling pin. Place the dough roll it. Spread oil, sprinkle dry flour. Close it like Laccha Paratha.
  8. Take dry flour place the ball roll it. Put rolled roti on tava on medium flame.
  9. Roast roti on direct flame. Put it on roti towel and apply ghee on the roti. Keep aside covered.
  10. For Salad: Grated cabbage, grated carrots, grated beetroot, sliced Capsicum.
  11. For Spread: Take a bowl add mayo, ketchup, green coriander chutney. Mix it all well and it's done.
  12. Make every thing ready. Tikkis, Rotis, Salad And Spread. Now start assembling.
  13. Take a grilling pan. Toast the roti on it. Now take hot roti on flat surface apply spread. Place the tikki on one side.
  14. Now placed salad one by one on tikkis. Sprinkle kand masala.
  15. Close the wrap. Apply ghee on grilling pan place the wrap and roast it from both the sides.
  16. Cut it from the middle and serve hot. Enjoy the fasting
