  14. Add 2 tablespoons (Approx) of Mustard Oil in pan. Add 1 tablespoon of Ginger Garlic paste in the Oil and fry little.
  15. Add the marinated chicken and stir. Add the roasted grind spices and the Onion fry paste on the Chicken and stir continuously.
  16. Add little hot Water in the Chicken and stir continuously. Add 1 teaspoon of Salt. Then add little more hot water and stir continuously.
  17. Cover the lid of the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
  18. After 15 minutes, the masala is well cooked with Chicken and formed a thick gravy.
