  1. 300 gms boneless chicken cubes
  2. 1 tsp ginger paste
  3. 1 tsp garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp tandoori masala
  5. 1 tsp chilli flakes

  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 2 green chillies chopped finely
  9. 1 tbsp coriander chopped

  15. 1.5 tsp vinegar

  1. Grind boneless chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste,salt and vinegar. Mix dry masalas,cornflour,chilli flakes,green chillies,soya sauce,2 tsp oil and chopped coriander.Add cornflour and mix all.Smear oil in both palms and make cylindrical rolls from the dough.
  2. Wrap each roll in aluminum foil and secure both ends tightly.Add these rolls to boiling water in a pan and boil for 10 -15 minutes.Drain water and cool.Open foil and store in a container in freezer.
  3. Thaw and make few slits with a knife.Heat a grill pan. Drizzle some oil and fry all over till well browned. These sausages can also be sliced and pan fried and used in salads,stir fried vegetables or tossed in mixed herbs,sauces and spices and used in sandwiches or burgers.It is a perfect recipe for any type of gathering.
